  2. Do recognize your early signs of anger to stop it from escalating
  3. Do take a time-out for at least 20 minutes to calm down
  4. Do find healthy outlets like vigorous exercise, or writing to express it safely
  5. Do make amends by acknowledgeing abusing anger
The Don'ts Of Anger
  1. Don't blame others for how you feel. Own them.
  2. Don't ignore feelings because they become stress and unresolved hurt
  3. Don't just leave. Let them know you need a break
  4. Don't use swearing, threatening gestures or block exits or have physical contact
  5. Don't just say sorry. Find the tools to change
