Graze New Menu @ Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Guided by an intimate understanding of flavours, textures and taste profiles, Graze’s menu is European delicacies with passion on a plate.  Headed by Chef Darius Seitfudem, the menu uses the freshest seasonal produce from around the world to create savoury, wholesome flavours. 



Determined to deliver authentic European dishes, the team curated the new seasonal inspired a la carte menu featuring a mix of guests all-time favourites, braised dishes and hearty winter season fare. The high quality seasonal produce include Foie Gras from France, Chilled Tenderloin from Australia, Scallops from Canada, Snails from France, and Porcini and Truffle from Italy. 

Appetizer - Pan Seared Foie Gras


The highlighted dishes are Foie Gras Torchon, Beef Tartar with Quail Egg, Pan seared Scallop, Escargot Bourguignon and Porcini and Truffle Risotto, Bouillabaisse and Cream of Wild Mushroom soup, Seafood Bisque, Pink roasted Duck Breast, Grilled Australian Wagyu Rump Steak, Braised Beef Cheek Roulade and Roasted Rack of Lamb, Lobster Fettuccini Pasta, Angel Hair Spaghetti and Parmesan Gnocchi Pasta. To experience the most of the new menu, a 5-course Chef Darius Special is available with the option of 5-glass wine pairing.

Graze is located on level 4 of Hilton Kuala Lumpur and is open daily from 12pm – 2:30 pm and 6:30pm – 10:30 pm.
