I don't know where should I start... Talking about Alexa Traffic ranking, a big task for me. Afraid of you, my fellow readers will misinterpret it. First of all, clear up your mind and do focus on my next write-up.

Indeed it is not easy to achieve a very high ranking in Alexa for a personal blogger. Consistency, effort, initiative, courage, commitment, sacrifice, time management, willing to learn, never give up and work hard are those words that should always be by your side. Even though you think it is impossible at the beginning but at the end of the day, you actually can manage to do it. Be positive and look forward. As I am using blogspot as my blog platform, I found it hard to strengthen my blog. You need to know your own blog template. A bit sad at that time, there were so limited resources about Alexa. You need to carry out a research and study from those who already succeed. I did stalking few foreign blogs and found many interesting facts from them. Through reading blogs and websites, I manage to conclude a few findings and implemented it to my blog.

It is not easy to maintain your blog ranking every day. Sometimes when you had thousands of readers to your blog, your Alexa ranking is not increasing. Surprisingly, although you have a few hundreds of readers to your blog, your blog manage to increase the Alexa rank. The smaller number of Alexa ranking, the the higher ranking of your blog. The better your blog would be. There are global traffic rank and your country traffic. In this case, for Malaysia is MY.

As far as I concern, whoever achieves below 500 Alexa MY traffic rank should be considered as top blogger and as for global traffic rank should be below 100,000.

What I am going to say here... don't simply judge a book by its cover. It is not easy to maintain the Alexa Traffic ranking everyday for a personal blog. You have to maintain every single aspects of blogging ie. update blog, blogwalking, join segments and giveaways, getting to know other bloggers, respect other bloggers, leaving comments in other blogs, reply readers' comment in your blog, interact with your readers, having good relationship with readers, be humble, do not selfish and greedy, cheer up your blog and always make your readers love you and win their hearts. For sure, they will come back to you.. again and again.

Another thing that you should know... if your blog can be indexable by search engines, that would be an advantage to you. Meàning that, you will gain traffics from outsiders. If your blog posts having the keywords that people are always looking for.... your blog will gain traffics by its own. I would like to elaborate more on this but I am not really an expert in SEO...  even my blog is not fully complied with SEO matters. Just touch a bit only.

Now let's look at the other side... I mean, the negative side. If you criticize or look down on high ranking blogs... please.. try to be one of us and you will know exactly how to face and struggle deeply in order to maintain your Alexa traffic ranking. Believe me. It is a long journey before you can succeed.
