How To Become More Healthy

01. Wake up early in the morning

02. Eat your breakfast

03. Drink 3 litres of water a day

04. Go out for the morning sun

05. Get away from the computer every 30 minutes

06. Take a short nap in the evening

07. Exercise regularly

08. Brush and floss your teeth

09. Read a book before going to sleep

10. Sleep earlier (by 10pm)
