One of the pioneers to introduce dry-aged beef in Johor Bahru, Tosca at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru is inviting patrons to savour tender cuts of beef, dry-aged in a special cabinet for a minimum of 21 days. The process increases the depth of flavour in the meat and with selections such as striploin, short loin, rib eye and op rib cuts, the trattoria-style restaurant complements the meat with unique sauces like porcini mushroom, black pepper or red wine.
